The International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS), the Independent Evaluation Office of the Global Environment Facility (GEF/IEO) and the Earth-Eval Community of Practice, and the Czech Evaluation Society (CES) gratefully acknowledge the input of many volunteers whose dedication and hard work give shape to the Evaluation for Transformative Change: Bringing experiences of the Global South to the Global North. This unique event combines the IDEAS Global Assembly and the Third International Conference on Evaluating Environment and Development.
